| Description: | Location: Municipal Pool Start the year off with proper technique! During this intensive three week session, we'll help you break down your freestyle stroke into a series of swimming drills. These drills will teach you the fundamentals of your stroke-cycle, proper endurance freestyle stroke technique, basic swim mechanics and how to become a more efficient swimmer, especially for open water.
