| Description | Location: Caughlin Club Reno Running and Fitness in conjunction with Mark Hollingworth from Caughlin Club will be offering a 10 week speedwork training session (Wed. Feb.29 - Wed. May 2) that will focus on improving strength, speed, and running form. The first 3 weeks will be in the pool, followed by the next 3 weeks on hills and then moving to the track. This program is appropriate for individuals working on speed from 5k to ultramarathon distance. | ||
