The JCC Barbeque Cook-off & Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada, is smoked, grilled and slathered in sauce in celebration of barbeque. The one-day event features pitmasters, chefs and teams from all over the country competing for the day's best in the categories of beans, team name, brisket and ribs, among others. Additional attractions include live musical performances, zip lining, mechanical bull riding, a man cave and a ladies lounge. Proceeds from the festivities benefit the Jewish Community Center of Southern Nevada.
